RIBAL’s story began long before the company was officially established in July 2024. It began with the journey of two young immigrants, Adrian Perez, a Tourism graduate, and Lien Cruz Dominguez, an architect, who arrived in Miami determined to build a future through hard work, education, and opportunity.
After establishing themselves in South Florida, Adrian and Lien entered the construction industry and began developing hands-on experience in property improvement, building maintenance, project coordination, design, and construction. Their entrepreneurial journey took an important step forward in May 2018 with the establishment of AL Building Maintenance LLC, their first company.
In July 2024, RIBAL was founded as the next chapter of that journey—a company created to bring real estate, design, construction, and property improvement together under one vision. RIBAL was established with a clear purpose: to identify opportunities, transform properties, and create lasting value.
Today, RIBAL continues to build on that experience, strengthening its industry relationships, operational capabilities, and project portfolio while helping clients and investors transform opportunities into valuable properties and successful projects.
